-- In case you missed it, Jerry Lawler noted on commentary during Monday's Raw that Shane and Stephanie are looking for a new General Manager for Raw. Here is what WWE.com wrote regarding this in their Raw recap: "As rumors swirled about that Shane and Stephanie McMahon were currently in the process of searching for a new Raw General Manager, World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk defended his title against Batista in a match that saw involvement from Kane, JBL and John Cena."
-- The NWA officials have booked the Hammerstein Ballroom for an August 2nd show, which will feature Adam Pearce vs. Brent Albright in an NWA title match.
-- Kenny Dykstra was at the TV tapings this week but not used.
-- Nick Hogan turns 18 today which means he will now be placed in the general population in jail. He had been complaining that he didn’t like being isolated.
-- TNA's Best of the Bloodiest Brawls DVD is due out on 8/5.

-- AAA is looking to bring in Chris Masters in August.
-- This bit is of special importance to be since I'm from Philadelphia: It's official that the old Philadelphia Spectrum will be torn down next summer. It had been rumored for some time, due to the Wachovia Center being built right beside it. Many have felt for a while that the building had become obsolete. The Spectrum was considered to be the #2 building behind Madison Square Garden in the pre-expansion WWF territory, and a top five venue until the Wachovia Center opened.
