He would for sure be that big monster kicking ass. I believe if Lesnar had never left Batista would not be here IMO. Brock was a one of a kind big man, who could wrestle very well and pretty good on the mic. I would loved to see Lesnar have a feud with Michaels if he had stayed.

All of them were well on their way to becoming stars, it probably would've just taken them longer to get there. Certainly in Batista's case.

I don't think him leaving WWE was important. He wasn't a draw for them. He would've stayed and done nothing, like everybody else in WWE. He'd have had good matches, good feuds, but he wouldn't have become a superstar like Austin.

It's more of a UFC question than a WWE one. But if he'd never left WWE then UFC wouldn't have ever found out how valuable he would've been to them.
