I don't think he'd be as big as he is today. But I think his excellent ring Psychology and rather remarkable speed for a man his size would have eventually brought him to some degree of stardom. Maybe even a WWE Title reign. Considering that, when you think about it, the Deadman is a pretty cheesy gimmick i think mark Calloway could have made any number of gimmicks work.

I dont fully understand it.... if Taker never got his current gimmick? when did his "current" gimmick start?? 1991? when he returned as the deadman in 2004?

The question should either be,

What if Undertaker was never in WWE?

or

What if Undertaker never returned as The Deadman in 2004?

Make sure you actually pose "What if" questions, or else it doesnt make any sense

Ok, if was never the DeadMan, we would have been nothing but a body to job to Hulk Hogan (see Zeus).

What the Deadman gimmick has to do with being the Phenom, I have no idea (Taker wasnt the Phenom till early 2000s I reckon)

So, the question isnt clear, and putting a simple "what if" infront of a statement makes it a lot easier to understand in the context which its asked...

Not trying to be a smartass, just not a fan of having too figure out what people are trying to say, when there is a much clearer way of saying it
