WWE SmackDown Report – 4/21/16

We are in London, England and your announcers are Mauro Ranallo, Jerry Lawler, and Byron Saxton.

Miz is in the ring with his official introducer and spouse, Maryse. She says that she is here to introduce the biggest American movie star . . . the Miz.

Miz welcomes everyone to MizTV. He says his guest says he had nothing to do with his friends, Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson’s attack on Roman Reigns. We will find out when AJ Styles makes his way to the ring.

Miz wants to bring up AJ in Japan in 2014 and how AJ, Anderson, and Gallows ran roughshod over the competition. You were thick as thieves?

AJ points out that they also held five titles between the three of them and then he reminds Miz that the last time they were in the ring, he knocked out two of Miz’ teeth.

Miz says that is pretty good. Two years in a foreign land and you get to know someone well. He wants to know if AJ told Karl and Luke to do his dirty work and attack Roman Reigns.

AJ says that he will tell Miz what he told Roman. He had nothing to do with the attack.
Miz wants to know if AJ told Karl and Luke not to attack Roman? Miz and Maryse ‘huh’ at AJ.

AJ says no.

Miz points out that Gallows and Anderson are like brothers to you and you went through hell and back. You would do anything for them and they would do anything for you. You knew they had your back. Not telling them to attack Roman Reigns essentially gave them permission to attack Roman. Your inaction speaks louder than words.

AJ says Gallows and Anderson can think for themselves. He is not their father. He is upset with what they did because it included him. He says he does not need anyone’s help to beat Roman Reigns and he will prove it beyond a shadow of a doubt at Payback.

Miz says you are good. What an ingenious plan. You didn’t want to appear weak so you had them do your handy work and then you deny, deny, deny. Need is not weak. Need is need. You need Gallows and Anderson to defeat Roman Reigns. You say you are a better wrestler than Roman Reigns, but Roman is bigger than you and Roman is THE GUY.

In order for you to beat THE GUY, you need help from your guy. Gallows and Anderson attacked Reigns because you told them to do it.

Maryse stops Miz as he goes full Nicholson from A Few Good Men.

Miz and Maryse lose focus that AJ is Miz’ guest and they profess their love and Miz stops Maryse to give us Han Solo’s line from Empire Strikes Back. They kiss.
