– WWE Hall of Famers Steve Austin and Shawn Michaels will have roles at WrestleMania 32, according to Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio.
No word yet on what Austin will be doing but it was noted on Observer Radio that WWE has a plan for both men. Austin reportedly had something locked-in two weeks ago. There was talk of having Shawn be the special referee for Roman Reigns vs. WWE World Heavyweight Champion Triple H but Meltzer noted those plans may have been nixed as another rumor is going around on plans for HBK.
As of two weeks ago, there was still no decision made on what The Rock will be doing as he’s calling his own shots and hadn’t informed WWE officials on what’s going on, according to Meltzer. Rock may have told WWE what he has planned since then but we don’t know.
