- There were reports last week that Chris Sabin may be leaving TNA when his contract expires in August. The Wrestling Observer reports that Sabin has indeed talked about leaving but nothing is confirmed and it all depends on what happens over the next few months.
- Tonight’s live episode of TNA Impact Wrestling will kick off with Dixie Carter addressing the AJ Styles phone call that was played last week. Tonight’s show will also feature a contract signing between Bully Ray and Joseph Park, a four-way Knockouts #1 contender match plus six-man action with Bobby Roode, Kazarian and Daniels vs. Sting, Kurt Angle and AJ Styles.
- Eric Bischoff is being credited with the Abyss-Joseph Park angle and the storyline between AJ Styles and Dixie Carter, even though he may not have came up with them in the first place. Bischoff okayed both of them to be pushed prominently. Both angles are considered to be major successes, especially the Dixie-AJ angle because it’s the first TNA angle that shows the ability to move ratings, even if it’s just quarter-hour ratings.

Date: Jun 07, 2012 at 9:17 amAre you kidding me on the success of the Dixie/AJ story? I do keep watching the bully ray/ park story, because I enjoy abyss and I want to see a brutal match between abyss and bully ray. But the Dixie story is just a slap in the face to aj. NO ONE care about dixie, she is horrible for wrestling. She shows it on the mic, backstage and her lack of any knowledge of the buisness. She only cares about the mighty dollar and daddy. Oh, and the story line is lame, been seen and boring.
