- WWE’s recent European tour drew 85,000 total fans over 12 shows, generated $5.5 million in ticket sales and $1.5 million in merchandise sales – or $17.65 per fan.
- As noted before, Goldust has been campaigning for a WrestleMania 28 Intercontinental Title vs. Career Match against his brother Cody Rhodes. Word from WWE sources is that the idea is at least being considered by officials.
- Vince McMahon has given the nod to Ted DiBiase and he will be getting pushed. McMahon felt DiBiase should be rewarded for his “DiBiase Posse” tailgating parties with fans. The idea with DiBiase and Zack Ryder is to reward those who come up with original ideas to get over.
I realise hes famous for the Goldust gimmick, but what if he dropped that gimmick for 5 seconds and they pushed the match as Dustin Rhodes V Cody Rhodes.. Have involvement from Dusty and I dunno call it some sort of a Family Legacy match..
Yes its a lousy idea but its got to be better than some of the crap their running.
