PWInsider.com is reporting that TNA superstar Kurt Angle suffered a dislocated rib during his match against Jeff Hardy at the No Surrender PPV event. His rib was subsequently popped back into place backstage by a TNA trainer. The injury to Angle occured when he took a Swanton Bomb from Jeff Hardy onto the floor.
According to Jeremy Borash on Twitter: “The amazing Dr. Tim Adair, who works for TNA backstage, has put Kurt’s rib back in place. Angle says he is good to go. What a machine.”
It’s unknown how much time Kurt Angle will need off to help the rib recover, but based on Borash’s comments and knowing Angle, he may not need that much time off.
