– Rey Mysterio will be hosting a SummerSlam Fatherhood and Mentoring Rally for Fathers and their families on Friday, August 13th from 7pm at the Bishop Mora Salesian High School in Los Angeles.

– Eleven years ago today, Chris Jericho made his WWE debut on RAW. Jericho interrupted The Rock as he was in the ring cutting a promo.

– In case you missed it, Dolph Ziggler defeated Kofi Kingston on this past Friday’s SmackDown to become the new WWE Intercontinental Champion.

– Tonight’s go-home edition of RAW will take place from the ARCO Arena in Sacramento, California. The main event will be John Cena and Bret Hart vs. Edge and Chris Jericho with Nexus at ringside as Lumberjacks.

    Yeah, I’m pretty sure it was September 9th 1999 that Jericho debuted in WWE.

    I got to add something since this is about RAW.I know I’m not the only one sick of the special guest crap (was NEVER done right & for too long),but how many people have noticed Michael “Terrible Announcer” Cole read from a paper on the keyboard,not the screen, when he gets the emails from the “Anonymous GM”? This was such a bad idea too. Vince should be glad this is not the era of NWO because he would never be able to go head to head with these crap storylines and ideas.This kind of stuff is what made him fall when NWO started. Just a life long fans opinion.
