Hard Justice PPV Changed To Hardcore Justice, ECW Original Turns Down TNA

— Former ECW performer Michael Depoli, who wrestled as Amish Roadkill in ECW, has declined TNA’s offer to appear at next month’s Hard Justice pay-per-view. His reason for declining their offer is that he considers himself retired and has no interest in returning.

— The TNA Hard Justice pay-per-view name has been dropped and the PPV is now being called Hardcore Justice: One Last Stand. A new commercial has been sent out to cable providers and features an ECW chant. Since WWE owns all copyrights to ECW, including the name itself, TNA may be asking for trouble legally if they plan on using the chant in their commercial.
