Dave Meltzer reported that Triple H underwent surgery for a torn triceps earlier this month. The injury should keep him out of action until the end of the year. Meltzer stated that Triple H could be out until October or December depending on how fast he is able to recover.
Triple H tried to keep the surgery quiet, but his surgery was leaked by Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Dirk Hayhurst, which we reported last week.
Triple H’s surgery was to repair a torn tendon in his arm, but it isn’t known whether it was a torn tendon in his biceps or triceps. Triple H’s return was originally planned for SummerSlam, but the injury ended up being worse than anticipated. Triple H is also suffering from a neck injury as well.
