Update on Ted DiBiase & Virgil, Survivor Star Hosting RAW?, Mexico Ratings

Partial source: Wrestling Observer Newsletter

– Ratings in Mexico for this past week saw RAW and SmackDown both do a 9.8 rating while the CMLL promotion did a 2.3 and AAA did a 5.5.

– Survivor fan sites reported this week that former host of the show Jeff Probst is hosting RAW soon but that hasn’t been confirmed yet.

– Plans for the finish were changed in the Ted DiBiase vs. R-Truth match at Over the Limit. The original ending was to have DiBiase blame Virgil for his loss and then lay Virgil out with Dream Street, which would be the exit for Virgil’s character. No word yet if Santino Marella dropping Virgil on RAW this week was the end of Virgil’s latest run or if it will play out over the next few weeks.

After suffering a concussion int he match, DiBiase will be out of action in the ring until he’s medically cleared as WWE is serious these days when it comes to letting talents suffering from concussions perform.
