JR’s WWE Contract Status, OJ Simpson Being a WWE Fan and More

– The Wrestling Observer Reports that Jim Ross has yet to sign a new contract with WWE and because of the uncertainty regarding his current condition, there haven’t been any serious talks. JR’s contract is set to expire in three weeks.

– This year’s Survivor Series pay-per-view from the Verizon Center in Washington, DC drew 12,500 fans and wasn’t a sellout. WWE lowered the bottom ticket price to $20 in hopes of increasing the walk-up.

– MVP will be appearing at Tate Automotive in Glen Burnie, Maryland at 11AM on Monday, November 30th to sign autographs.

– The New York Post mentioned this week that OJ Simpson enjoys watching WWE Superstars and SmackDown while in prison at Nevada’s Lovelock Correctional Center. Simpson is currently serving a 33 year sentence.
