- As noted before, Batista will be appearing at the MTV European Awards that tape tonight in Germany. He will be presenting the best song award.

- Mark Henry may have injured his knee at last night’s RAW live event in Dublin, Ireland. No other details are known yet but Henry was the last person eliminated in a #1 contender’s battle royal at the start of the show by Jack Swagger and later on defeated Chris Masters in singles action.

- Jeff Hardy’s probable cause hearing was continued in court yesterday. The new date is December 2nd. Hardy did not appear yesterday but was represented by his lawyer, Jim Van Camp. Van Camp told media that Hardy planned to attend yesterday but they had not received a report from the drug lab yet.
