WWE Still Continuing Jeff Hardy DVD Project

Despite being arrested on drug charges last month, WWE is still going forward with their planned DVD release on Jeff Hardy. Production is continuing and the DVD is scheduled to be released in December.
Jeff Hardy was arrested on September 11, 2009 and was charged with trafficking controlled prescription pills and possession of anabolic steroids. A a search of his Raleigh, North Carolina residence yielded 262 Vicodin prescription pills, 180 soma prescription pills, 555 milliliters of anabolic steroids, a small amount of powder cocaine, and drug paraphernalia.
