- Happy birthday to Paul Heyman, who turns 44 today. He was born on 9/11/65.

- WWE sent out a survey to the WWE Universe this week asking for feedback about Pay-Per-View events. Several of the questions involved last month’s SummerSlam, including whether they ordered the event, if so, how many people they watched the show with, their favorite match and how this year’s show compared to last year. It’s interesting to note that one of the questions asked, “What other types of pay-per-views do you typically watch?” Among the choices were “Mixed Martial Arts (e.g. UFC)” and “Other Wrestling (e.g. TNA).

- Invetment analysis website ‘The Motley Fool’ has an article up this week about WWE stock titled, “Throw This Stock Away.” Author Rick Aristotle Munarriz cites this year’s WrestleMania buyrate (and its 3-year downward trend) as one of the main reasons for his reccomendation.
