– Michael Santicola, Kurt Angle’s lawyer, told WPXI TV in Pittsburgh that Angle is innocent of charges of harassing his ex-girlfriend Tranesh Biggers, known as Rhaka Khan. He says Angle is also innocent of all other related charges. He says he expects Angle’s driving on a suspended license charge to be dropped because Angle was found innocent of DUI in the first place. Regarding the possession of HGH, Santicola said, “I have spoken with his agent, it is under prescription, multiple people use it in his industry and it is not illegal.”
The lawyer says that Biggers was upset Angle ended their relationship and that there was no “corroborating evidence” that Angle abused her or was even aware of her being near him when he was accused of stalking her. Angle’s lawyer claims she is trying to “involve herself” in Angle’s life.
Angle has been telling people in TNA that he had broken up with Khan, for months, and Angle had been telling people in TNA he had been trying to get her to move out of his home which set off these issues. Angle also told some people in TNA on Sunday that he was unaware Khan was anywhere near him on Saturday until police pulled him over.
The hearing that was scheduled for Tuesday will likely be delayed, said his lawyer, as the TNA World Champion will be in Orlando for the iMPACT tapings.
