– The injury suffered by Georges St. Pierre at UFC 100 was not as bad as first thought, and he could return to training in a few weeks. Shari Spencer, St. Pierre’s manager made the following statement on the subject:
“Evaluation of the results of an MRI indicate that no surgery will be required, and Georges should be back in the gym training within a few weeks after a brief rehabilitation.”

– Michael Bisping, Ross Pearson and James Wilks are “tentatively slotted” to appear at UFC 105. Ross Pearson and James Wilks were the winners of The Ultimate Fighter 9, and are both from the UK. UFC 105 takes place November 14th from the 16,000-seat Manchester Evening News Arena. As of now, the plan is for the event to be aired on tape delay on SPIKE TV.
