News on Recent WWE Injuries, Good News for Syfy on Tuesday and More

- Roddy Piper, Candice Michelle, Traci Brooks, Bushwasker Luke, Ax and Smash of Demolition, Ted DiBiase Sr., Christy Hemme, Jackie Gayda-Haas, Kevin Nash, Dawn Marie, Jerry Lawler, The Honky Tonk Man, Nidia, Tara, indy wrestler The Smoke, Greg “The Hammer” Valentine, Virgil, Taylor Wilde and X-Pac will be appearing at the Wizard World Chicago convention on August 6-9th at the Donald E. Stephens Convention Center in Chicago.

- Warehouse 13, the new Syfy show that debuted on Tuesday night in place of ECW scored a 2.5 rating with 3.5 million viewers. The show was the #1 most-watched cable program in primetime and made Syfy the #1 most-watched cable network in primetime and the #1 cable network in primetime for total viewership. ECW on Sci-Fi will return to its normal timeslot next week.

- Chris sent the following: As reported over the weekend, Edge suffered an injury to his ankle in a match at a house show in San Diego and this is not the first time an injury suffered in this arena. At the last three events, One Night Stand in 2008 Randy Orton suffered a broken collarbone. At the ECW Taping on 10/28/08 Evan Bourne suffered a torn ligament and now you can add torn Achilles suffered to Edge at a San Diego house show on July 3rd 2009.
