– Mexican star Ultimo Guerrero has acknowledged that Dos Caras Jr. really is coming to WWE this time.
– There was a Rey Misterio Sr. benefit show on June 19th in Tijuana, Mexico. Misterio Sr. is limping badly these days and needs two canes to get around. Back surgery has been recommended to him but he hasn’t had it yet. He said at the show he hoped this wasn’t the last time he would walk into a ring and said he would not end up in a wheelchair. WWE Superstar Rey Mysterio was at the show but WWE wouldn’t let him wrestle.
– WWE has signed Aaron Reed from Las Vegas to a developmental deal. Reed was described as a 6 foot 8 inches, 295 pound bodybuilder. Reed has never done anything related to pro wrestling but is said to be a bigger version of Tough Enough contestant Daniel Rodimer but with more personality. This isn’t confirmed but he may be a new character named Latham, who was described as a Psycho Sid type character who recently debuted in FCW under a mask and pinned Wes Brisco in a squash.
