- The online pre-show match before tonight’s Slammiversary saw The British Invasion defeat Rhino and Jesse Neal. Eric Young was originally Rhino’s partner but walked out. The end came when the Brits got the pin on Neal.

- Former ECW Champion Shane Douglas suffered a bad twisted ankle at the beginning of his match with Daniels at tonight’s Slammiversary pay-per-view, which is why the match seemed slow. Douglas was hurting bad when he returned to the locker room. Stay tuned for more.

- Beer Money defeated Team 3D at tonight’s Slammiversary show to become the TNA World Tag Team Champions. Also, the King of the Mountain main event saw Kurt Angle become the new TNA World Heavyweight Champion after Samoa Joe handed him the win. Joe and Angle embraced after the match while the Main Event Mafia came out to applaud their newest member.
