- In another update on Gerald Brisco, noted in a new blog that Brisco called him on Sunday and told him he was getting ready to meet Pat Patterson in Tampa over the weekend to fly up to Charlotte for RAW on Monday when he became ill. After Brisco’s tests came back yesterday, it was determined that he had a total of three strokes over the past few days but they’re not sure when he suffered the first one. It was originally believed that he did not suffer a stroke but further tests proved otherwise. Doctors also discovered a small hole in the WWE Hall of Famer’s heart and a heart valve issue that will be repaired next week. They’re waiting until next week for the surgery to allow new medications to begin taking their affect that are helping with the clogged artery in Brisco’s neck. Brisco is confident that he will make a full recovery.

- The dark main event following this week’s WWE SmackDown tapings in Roanoke, VA saw and defeat and inside a steel cage.

- WWE Hall of Famer ’s new role on the road besides his agent position is to work with up and coming talents in the ring that WWE feels are close to being called up. This is the same role that has been doing. No word on how long Steamboat’s new role will last but he worked matches with Drew McIntyre at the WWE live events this past weekend.
