John Cena’s Move Continues to Tank, WM 25 DVD Update, More

- WWE returns to the Blaisdell Arena in Honolulu, Hawaii on July 5th, 2009. Tickets go on sale May 2nd, 2009 at 10 AM.

- 12 Rounds starring WWE Superstar has pretty much dropped off the radar as it was carried in a limited number of theaters this past weekend. Within two weeks, the film dropped from playing in over 2,000 screens to 409 this past weekend. According to BoxOfficeMojo.com, 12 Rounds brought in an additional $263,198 last weekend, bringing its four week total to $11,345,881. In comparison, The Marine pulled in $15,440,515 after it’s third weekend in theatres and grabbed another $1,037,924 in it’s fourth weekend.

- The WWE website has posted an article touting last Thursday’s debut of WWE Superstars on WGN America. Between the series premiere at 8:00 p.m. and replay at 11:00 p.m., the program delivered a combined 1.2 coverage household rating in 863,000 TV households with 1,299,000 total viewers.

- The 25 DVD will be released on May 19th. Here are the list of DVD extras:

* The complete 2009 WWE Hall of Fame ceremony including never before seen interviews

* & Primo vs. & in a Lumberjack match to unify the WWE Tag Team and WWE World Tag Team championships

* Video highlight packages of 1 through XXIV, the same ones that aired on WWE TV
