Former WWE superstar Bobby Lashley was paid $40,000 for his win over Jason Guida at Saturday night’s March Badness pay-per-view event, according to FightScoops.com. Lashley won the fight via unanimous decision.
Lashley received the highest payoff of anyone on the show. His opponent Jason Guida, who replaced the suspended Ken Shamrock, made $15,000. Had Ken Shamrock not tested positive for steroids, he likely would have made significantly more than Guida.
Event promoter and main eventer Roy Jones Jr. was not paid a flat figher’s fee.
