Spike TV’s Reaction To TNA’s Ratings, Kurt Angle, More

— Spike TV has been taking a greater interest in TNA as of late, especially with the ratings finally making a slow but steady increase. The general feeling coming from Spike officials is that they are happy to see Sting’s star power finally make an impact in the ratings.

— Kurt Angle will be facing Hiroshi Tanahashi (c) for the IWGP Heavyweight Title at the New Japan Pro Wrestling ‘Resolution 2009’ PPV on April 5. Kurt’s last match for NJPW was on February 15th when he beat Giant Bernard (formerly A-Train in WWE) in front of 9,300 fans.

— Just a reminder that Kurt will be doing both Howard Stern and Opie & Anthony tomorrow on Sirius radio. He’s supposed to be promoting Lockdown.
