– The writer WWE cut last week, John Carle, was an assistant to the team and had a role like a secretary. Carle would take dictation, copy and proof scripts, coordinate props and stunts and basically be a gofer for the main writers. Carle would also keep creative in on what was going on with production. WWE hired Carle right out of college and lasted about two years. When he was hired, a lot of people figured him for immediate self-destruction on the road, hence the situation we posted on last week he had with Big Dick Johnson.

– After finished doing promotional work in the Philippines last week, he went to do some more work for WWE in Japan for the shows they will be running there in October. Once again, said he thought he would be on the shows, which will be RAW branded events, but he didn’t know for sure.

– As of right now, the leading candidate to host in 2011 is Indianapolis, Indiana at the Lucas Oil Stadium, a retractable dome stadium that can hold up to 70,000 people. The stadium opened just a few months ago as the replacement venue for the old Hoosier Dome, the sight of 8. If does end up in Indianapolis, a possible Hall of Fame candidate would be Dick the Bruiser, as he was the biggest star to come out of that city.

Speaking of WrestleMania, there was a bunch of heat within the company last year when the photos of Wayne Gretzky came out with him wearing the WrestleMania-Phoenix t-shirt, enough heat that they almost got negative on going to Arizona.
