- As noted in the report yesterday, frustration among the WWE creative team, mainly due to Vince McMahon’s WrestleMania moods, is high. A lot of the non-wrestling employees of the company are talking about how hard it can be working under Vince. When Vince is constantly changing his mind on things, that creates a lot more work for employees that is seen as unnecessary.

Vince has been a lot harder to work for as of late with the snapping at people and constantly changing storyline directions. It’s said that the only ones immune to Vince’s behavior are the wrestlers, as he hardly ever has a negative word to say to them, instead dishing out all the abuse to the staff.

Also as noted yesterday, WWE is fighting hard to prevent news leaks. There is a bigger company directive right now to prevent the leaks than ever before. Vince is said to be obsessed with stopping news from leaking out and those close in command to Vince are making that very clear to the people working under them.
