- Dwayne “” Johnson is quoted in a USA Today article discussing the upcoming Academy Awards. The article talks about The Dark Knight as one of the first box office blockbusters to also be an frontrunner at the Oscars. Johnson said, “It has always bothered me how quickly critics and (awards) voters dismiss something just because a lot of people like it. I really hope (The Dark Knight) gets nominated. I think it could dispel that disconnect between people who see the movies and the people who judge and write about them.” has 3 big budget films due out this year, starting with “Race to Witch Mountain” on 3/13, “The Tooth Fairy” on 7/13 and Planet 51 on 11/20.

- Steve sent the following: This is not a very big deal but over on wwe.com, they list a bunch of the participants in this year’s . They also list the past Rumbles they have been in. When I checked Sunday, had no past Rumbles listed next to his name. Today he has 2001 listed as his only past Rumble, when he was of course K-Kwik. Just found that interesting.

- Former WWE Diva and TNA Knockout is scheduled to debut on the SmackDown brand anytime now. We do know that Gail has already done a WWE Divas photo shoot.

- Late last year, Stone Cold finished work on “Damages,” a feature film about the secret world of underground fighting. Shot in Vancouver, Brtish Columbia, “Damages” is set to hit theaters in 2010. This week Austin left his ranch in Victoria, Texas and has returned to Los Angeles to begin work on yet another film project.
