– Recently released WWE star Bam Neely had been sent back down to WWE developmental and there was some heat on him after Evan Bourne’s ankle injury as he was supposed to catch Bourne when the injury happened.

The Mid-West native, real name Justin LaRouche, had been with the company for some time, including a stint as OVW Southern Tag Team champion with Charles Evans. When he was brought up to the main roster, LaRouche was given the Bam Neely name as a takeoff of NHL star Cam Neely and was immediately made Chavo Guerrero’s bodyguard and partner.

– Brown had been hired last June and sparsely used since he was brought back. He had held the Intercontinental and European championships during his first run with the company but once he was brought back, creatively he was given nothing to do.
