- Below is the cover photo for WWE’s upcoming Legends of Wrestling DVD. The three-disc set comes out on January 27th, 2009. I think it’s interesting that Marcus “Buff” Bagwell is featured on the cover. Bagwell only wrestled 2 matches for WWE after they bought WCW, once at a live event and once on RAW against Booker T for the WCW World Title and he certainly wouldn’t be considered a Legend. Am I missing something here? Anyway, below is the synopsis and cover:

Ric Flair, Lex Luger, Jerry “The King” Lawler & Junkyard Dog are just a few of the biggest names in the history of sports entertainment, a who’s who of professional wrestling immortality. In one of the most popular shows on WWE’s on demand channel, panels that include WWE Hall of Famers Jim Ross and Dusty Rhodes discuss the life and times of these legends. These shows have never been available on DVD – until now! Fans can now enjoy these panel discussions along with bonus matches featuring the best of the highlighted superstars.

No, Buff isn’t a Legend, but the panel on the DVD is…don’t you have WWE 24/7?
