– SmackDown Diva has posted a blog on her MySpace account briefly talking about her crazy two-week tour of Europe. wrote: “So happy to go back, i love visiting other countries but it feel so good to be home after a long trip……first thing i will do is sleep at least 15 hours……haha.”

– Prior to going on the air, WWE had ring announcer get on the mic and say that “according to ABC News and TMZ,” probably wouldn’t be on the pay-per-view. At the start of the broadcast, WWE showed and – sans sunglasses looking serious. Ross said various news sources including ABC, CNN, and TMZ have reported on Jeff Hardy’s situation. He said Jeff Hardy was hospitalized earlier that morning, but was released. Ross said it’s questionable whether Hardy would compete at the Survivor Series. Well, when you go to, there is absolutely nothing on the site regarding Jeff Hardy dating back to news posts on Sunday morning, unless it was pulled. ABC News and CNN definitely didn’t pick up the story either. At least two entities did pick up the story in a Florida NBC affiliate (which was soon deleted) and the AOL Sports site, although they typically do blog-style news posts.

– In addition to & Primo, recently released WWE performers Elijah Burke, Armando Estrada and Charles “The Hammer” Evans are set to appear at Abdullah the Butcher’s upcoming retirement show in Puerto Rico. This will be the three wrestlers’ first wrestling show appearances since their respective releases from WWE. Abdullah will be wrestling Balls Mahoney. TNA referee Shane Sewell is also set to wrestle on the show under his other ring name Shane “The Canadian Glamour Boy.” He is wrestling Charles Evans.

– As noted earlier, WWE Intercontinental Champion was eliminated early in the Elimination match last night due to a cold or flu that he’s suffering from. Apparently a few of the WWE talents picked up bugs while on the recent European tour.
