- WWE developmental wrestler Phil Shatter may have been released already as he’s back working independent dates in the Carolinas.

- The reason Matt and Jeff Hardy weren’t at the Hidalgo live event last week as advertised is because they were sent by WWE to Laredo, Texas earlier to do media work to hype the show there. The event in Laredo did good sales in walk-ups, so maybe it worked.

- As noted earlier, Rey Mysterio was brought to the SmackDown tapings in San Diego this week for ticket sales. Even with Rey there, the show still only drew about 4,500 fans.
