- Visitors for WWE’s website fell to 14.7 million for the month of August. Orders for their shop website averaged 800 per day.

- As noted earlier, Hulk Hogan and daughter Brooke were at the EliteXC: Heat event on CBS last Saturday night. Hogan’s girlfriend Jennifer McDaniel was also there with them. Hogan got an insane pop from the crowd when he came out, one of the biggest for a celebrity at a MMA event. Other wrestling personalities at the show were TNA’s Matt Morgan, former WWE Superstars The Warlord and Andrew “Test” Martin and former WWE Diva Terri Runnels. Terri was working in the press section for The Fight Network and was said so be shadowed by Test all night. The Warlord, real name Terry Szopinski, was one of Kimbo Slice’s bodyguards.

- An interesting note on Charlie Haas’ new gimmick is that Matt Striker used to do a similar gimmick of imitating wrestlers when he used to work the Northeastern independent scene. Striker even teased a few Steve Austin and Shawn Michael impersonations on ECW this week.
