- As posted earlier, TNA is set to air a live episode of iMPACT at The Joint in the Hard Rock Hotel and Casino on Thursday, October 23 in Las Vegas. The show will also be the first episode of iMPACT to be broadcast in HD. Spike TV launched a High Definition channel a few months ago, but its availability is limited.
TNA’s switch to HD will be permanent. TNA is changing their set in the iMPACT Zone for the switch to HD. They will likely do away with one of the two entrances the wrestlers use, not to mention make the new set more visually appealing in HD.
