Possible RAW Match Tonight, Kennedy Note, No Mercy, More

– Our old friend Robert Pasbani sent the following: I run a music site called Metal Injection and we recently interviewed the band Airbourne, who wrote Kennedy’s theme. Being the mark that I am, I asked them what the process was like (they said they got the basic song structure and lyrics from WWE but rearranged a bunch of it), as well as their thoughts on Kennedy, as well as some of their favorite wrestlers from the past. It was a fun interview. You can check it out at this link.

– The WWE No Mercy pay-per-view in Portland, Oregon this coming Sunday night is almost sold out.

– WWE’s DVD on Eddie Guerrero that we’ve been posting on will include the following Extras:

*Chris Jericho Meets Eddie for the First Time
*Eddie’s Final Match
*Eddie Guerrero vs. Mr. Kennedy
*SmackDown! November 11, 2005

The promotional blurb for the DVD reads like this: Eddie Guerrero was a consummate professional wrestler, the most successful member of the three-generation Guerrero family dynasty of superstars. His matches were showstoppers wherever he competed, be it Mexico, Japan, ECW, WCW, or WWE, where he reached the pinnacle of his career, winning the WWE Championship. His rivalries and partnerships with Rey Mysterio, Chavo Guerrero, Batista, and more were legendary. Viva La Raza–The Legacy of Eddie Guerrero collects the greatest matches and moments from Eddie’s career.

– There’s a rumor going around at RAW today that there will be some kind of eight-man main event on tonight’s show. Stay tuned throughout the day as we will keep you updated on anything else we hear or WWE announces.
