– To correct the earlier story on Glen “Disco Inferno” Gilberti, he did not get turned away from the Canadian border due to a previous arrest record as posted earlier. He realized he would have issues ahead of time and asked TNA if he could skip the pay-per-view and come back to work at this week’s iMPACT tapings. At one point he thought about applying for a visitors permit to enter the country but decided against it due to the process to get the permit and only needing it for one night.
– Scott D’Amore was actually at No Surrender to help with the Frank Trigg vs. AJ Styles MMA match. Scott has been training Trigg for professional wrestling and has helped with other matches since leaving TNA on good terms.
– The original plan for Booker T this weekend was for him to fly into Canada yesterday, but none of the airports in Houston, TX had re-opened. There is no heat within the company for him missing the No Surrender pay-per-view. Booker is expected to be at the iMPACT tapings this week.
