Update on Mick Foley’s Role in TNA and More

arrived at the arena during the TNA live event in Long Island on Friday night about two or three matches into the show and spent some time catching up with Brother Ray of . Foley visited with everyone else and was described as being very friendly. Foley and his family hung around backstage after the show was over. Foley actually got lost on his way to the ring and panicked for a second.

Jason Powell reports that Foley signed a six-month deal with TNA, according to talk backstage but one source said it would be very strange if he signed a six-month deal. Foley has been saying he signed a “short-term deal.” Foley was telling people at the show that he was burned out with WWE and needed to get out. Foley isn’t expected to work commentary on TNA but will have what one source described as an “on-air role.”
