Update on RVD’s Return, Bret Hart Updates, More Notes

- John Hollis of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution is working on an autobiography for former World Champion . Hollis did lots of coverage for the AJC during the tragedy.

- The Tap Out company is in negotiations with WWE Hall of Famer Bret “The Hitman” Hart as they want to do some kind of “Hitman” promotion and Hart owns the trademarks to that nickname. The deal probably will see Bret leasing out usage of the trademarked name and not actually endorsing whatever it is.

- Speaking of Hart, my good friend Brett Cohen sent the following: Bret “The Hitman” Hart will be on World Talk LIVE for an interview on Monday, September 1st at 4pm Eastern. He will be talking about the US release of his autobiography, his future plans, his status with and WWE, and his pride in being a Canadian athlete. Bret doesn’t do many radio interviews these days, so this is a rare opportunity to hear shoot comments from “the best there is, the best there was, and the best there ever will be”. Questions may be called into the show live by dialing (347) 215-7778 or before the show by sending an email to info@worldtalklive.com. To listen to the show during the live broadcast and the archive version, go toblogtalkradio.com/worldtalklive. For more information on this show, please visit the show’s official website at www.worldtalklive.com This is YOUR opportunity to talk to the “excellence of execution”, so don’t miss it!

- To update you on the situation, the former WWE Champion told Brian Fritz of Between The Ropes last week that he was not interested in going back to either TNA or WWE to wrestle right now.
