Update on Last Night’s RAW on Sci-Fi Rating

Posted by Marc Middleton in WWE News
Tuesday, August 26th, 2008

– Considering the RAW rating from last night was only a half point down from last week’s show and it was on Sci-Fi, it’s not that bad of a number. Sci-Fi didn’t break the show down into two seperate hour segments like on the USA Network so the hourly breakdowns aren’t available.

Because of RAW last night, Sci-Fi was the #1 rated network in People 18-49 and #2 entertainment network in People 25-54 for Primetime on Monday. This year’s edition of RAW on Sci-Fi was up 15% from last year’s show in the P25-54 and up 9% in the P18-49 demographics. Sci-Fi was also the #1 rated TV network among P25-54 at 10PM, beating out all the broadcast network coverage of the Democratic National Convention. The Convention coverage was considered a big loss for the networks and obviously didn’t affect RAW.
